Good experience. I got an interview chance at Microsoft China in 2018. There were totally 5 rounds of one-on-one interviews. I passed 4 and failed the final round with the site GM. Honestly speaking, I don't pity losing the position since they could only offer a third-party role rather than a formal Microsoft employee position.
