The interview process was scattered and multi-tiered. I spoke with several resources before getting to the hiring manager. Initial discussions were very high-level and generic. They acted more like HR screeners, even though they had IT knowledge.
Finally, I got to the principal hiring manager. He was rushed and impatient. He clearly had not read my resume at all and was asking extremely unclear questions, for which he clearly wanted very specific responses.
