I was personally happy and excited for the discussion because I had expertise in almost 80% of the job description's requirements. However, during the interview, I was asked questions that were not at all related to the job description or my skills. The interviewer did not ask me any questions in my core areas.
I found the interviewer quite unprofessional as well. Overall, the recruitment coordination was good.
