I was contacted on LinkedIn to share my resume, and a vendor recruiter called me.

After that, I had my screening interview, followed by three more, with one each week. There was no definite plan ahead or feedback.

It was always a question of whether I would be able to clear the round or not, and if so, when I would hear back.

The last round was the Hiring Manager round, and it went well. He also said the recruiter would stay in touch, but I was never contacted.

After waiting for 10 days, I called the recruiter and was told that my profile was kept on hold.

I know the reasons why I might have been held, but taking almost 5 hours to interact with and engage candidates deserves an update on the interview result.
