It was a virtual interview for a software developer role. I was shocked to see the questions asked, the reason being they were Google's interview questions.
For someone with 6+ years of experience who doesn't have LeetCode practice, asking such types of questions really tells that Microsoft India doesn't have any guidelines for interviewers.
I checked his LinkedIn profile and found out that he was from an ordinary background, and most probably, the interviewer was himself preparing for Google.
