I received a verbal offer from Microsoft's San Francisco office (MileIQ). Later, they pursued another candidate without providing a reason. They should be more cautious when extending verbal offers.

The recruiter, a senior lady, was very unprofessional, if not disgusting. She was very fake.

I will never work with her again. I never thought such a large company would behave this way. This was my first on-site interview with Microsoft. I am very disappointed with Microsoft. This experience with MSFT/MileIQ has been the worst job hunting experience so far.
