The process began with an initial screening round where I was asked a few questions about various domains, my current work experience, and one coding question.

The second, third, and fourth rounds, which were scheduled on the same day, involved multiple coding questions, behavioral assessments, and domain knowledge evaluations.

After completing these rounds, I received a call informing me that I had cleared them and was moving on to the final AA round. Despite my efforts to follow up, I learned after a month that the position had been put on hold.

I reached out to different recruiters on LinkedIn but received no response. The recruiters seemed unresponsive and dismissive, and despite sending numerous reminders, I struggled to get clear information about the next steps.

Eventually, I managed to connect with a manager who shortlisted my resume. I attended an interview for this new opportunity, but after two weeks of follow-ups, I was informed that this position was also put on hold. They promised to search for other opportunities and schedule interviews with different teams.

After clearing six rounds, I faced further delays and frustration. During the last round, the senior manager, who was supposed to interview me, did not ask any questions but instead gave me a very challenging task. As I began working on it, he abruptly dismissed me, saying he had to attend another meeting.

Ultimately, after going through so many rounds, I received a rejection email. The entire experience was disappointing, characterized by poor resource planning and a lack of organization from their side.
