I applied online. The process took 3 weeks.

I got a call via Microsoft HR. She informed me there will be 4 rounds of technical interviews, all eliminator.

• Round 1: A mid-level graph question. The interviewer was actively involved, understood my logic and approach, challenged my assumptions, and did a dry run at the end. It was a good experience.
• Round 2: An extremely lazy and passive interviewer. It was a bad experience. He gave a problem statement of sliding window and disappeared. He wasn't interested in hearing my approach or even reading the code. He came back after 30 minutes, did a dry run, and the final output wasn't exactly correct. I identified a logical bug and started correcting it. He said there was no need and just finished the interview after that. The code I had written was optimal code, but he didn't care to read that either. There was still 20 minutes left. It gave me the impression that the interviewer was not at all interested in taking the interview and that they had been pushed by management.

HR called the next day to say I am not selected.

There was a graph question involving DFS.
