Pros: - Brand name - Technically strong peers

Cons: - Toxic politics around pulling down others' ratings to climb up the ladder. - Introduction of PIP led to a shift in work culture. - Useless leadership teams scrapped projects left and right. Almost 6 years of my efforts, along with hundreds of other engineers, were scrapped and phased out. - With the announcement of RTO, the company made it even worse. - Hikes in the range of 1-3% in India, even for good performers. - Lack of job security. - Company laying off despite stock performing very well. - No longer a great place to work.

Pros: Getting to work at scale

Cons: Leadership expecting too much recently

Pros: Good learning, cutting-edge work.

Cons: Less pay overall, culture getting a hit.
