I unfortunately had a very poor interview experience.
They took a full month to respond to my application and to give me a phone interview. The email they sent me had my name misspelled, which really showed their lack of care towards candidates.
The interview started well, as the interviewer was very friendly, but it all went downhill when the coding portion began. The interviewer kept micromanaging me while I was coding and would cut me off only a few lines into coding to discuss minor stylistic changes. They also had a hard time understanding my code because it didn't seem to match exactly the answer they had written down.
Overall, a very poor interviewing experience.
