HR interview followed by a coding challenge, which was very difficult to resolve in a very short time. After resolving the test, the unit tests failed because of a specific language barrier that could have been overcome if I had chosen another language.

Cons: There is usually a huge gap between the latest tech outside and what you are using.
Also, there are a lot of cosmetic efforts and politics.
