It began with a couple of calls from a technical recruiter about an opening for SAP GTS. During an interview, I answered almost all the questions correctly. The interviewer held the same designation for which I was interviewing. I realized the questions were not at the level I expected, perhaps the interviewer was not skilled enough for the level at which he was supposed to conduct the interview. And guess what? He rejected me, even though I answered almost all the questions correctly.

I'm still wondering why I was rejected. Just a suggestion for the recruiting team: don't put a panel of interviewers holding the same designation for which you are recruiting. It creates a conflict of interest and perhaps a bit of insecurity when making decisions.

All questions were very basic.
