Process
After applying on their website, a recruiter reached out via email a few days later to schedule a first-round interview. This was followed by a separate day of three one-hour interviews.
One of the interviewers did not show up, so we rescheduled. We rescheduled again, and then the interviewer missed our appointment a second time.
I had an interview with the hiring manager after all of that, which went well. The recruiter has not responded to my messages and has effectively ghosted me.
