Microsoft Teams interview, which included coding, design, and behavioral questions. It lasted about 5 hours.
I received an offer a couple of weeks after the interviews. After a lot of negotiation, I accepted the offer, and both sides seemed happy. It was a great experience so far, and I was planning to give my notice at work in the next few days.
Then, 4 days later, they called back indicating that because I lived in a "remote area," they wanted to pay me less than other people. I tried to negotiate, but they were fixed on their decision, so I rejected the second offer. They attempted a third offer, which was not as good as the original, and I also rejected that one. I rejected the offer and went with a company that did not care where I lived and offered the market price.
Mostly medium and hard LeetCode questions.
They told me I could code in any language I wanted (before the interview). One of the interviewers insisted I should code the answer in C#, which I haven't done in years, making things uphill.
