The process at my college comprised three stages.

First, there was an online screening test divided into two halves. The first half had multiple-choice questions testing basic knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms, along with a few questions from other areas like Operating Systems and Networks.

The second stage was a "group-flyer" round. Candidates who passed the first stage were divided into groups of 7-10 and seated in different rooms of the tutorial block. Two programming questions were written on the blackboards of each room, and we were asked to write the solution code on paper and submit.

The third stage consisted of the usual interview rounds, which one had to progress through. Those finally selected underwent three to four rounds of interviews.
