After months, they finally called me back for the second round.
This consisted of four hour-long rounds, each with a different interviewer. It was very draining.

Pros: Competent, nice people around. Good internal tools.
Cons: I did not have much responsibility in my role as a contractor. It seemed like everybody on the team was independent and poorly managed.

Pros: Great direction for company culture. Transparent around as much as possible. Great work-life balance, emphasis on the importance of family. Ability to work remotely on occasion or continuously for family emergencies.
Cons: Some people are set in their ways and not yet participating in the inclusive culture. Strong personalities can come across wrong.
