Pros: Good perks, proper work-life balance. Flexible working hours, decent pay.
Company cares for you. Organizes everything for you from commute to health and fitness. Food is subsidized. Snacks are free.
Cons: Since it is a huge company, visibility for your work is not always guaranteed. Also, things tend to go very slowly.

Pros: 1. Microsoft has talented people, and I could learn so much from them.
2. Microsoft has so many internal resources I could access.
3. The hardware of the office is good, and there are full of delicious food or drinks in the kitchen.
Cons: 1. Need longer time to be promoted.
2. Technical stack is limited to Microsoft, and I can't use open source projects freely.
