- Two technical interviews
- One behavioral interview
The behavioral interview was fairly easy. The first technical interview was doable, however, the second one was very challenging. Overall, it was quite difficult to get through the interview process.

Pros: 1. Microsoft has talented people, and I could learn so much from them.
2. Microsoft has so many internal resources I could access.
3. The hardware of the office is good, and there are full of delicious food or drinks in the kitchen.
Cons: 1. Need longer time to be promoted.
2. Technical stack is limited to Microsoft, and I can't use open source projects freely.
