The interviewer was nice and conversational.
He asked some basic behavioral questions, followed by some light technical questions. I'd say the majority of the interview was behavioral.
He asked me to describe some previous work, why I wanted to work for Microsoft, and what I wanted to work on there.
If I could go and do it again, I would have tried harder to carry the interview and sell myself.
