Good place for freshers

Pros: Lots of learning for freshers. Most people are helpful in teaching freshers about software practices and technologies.
Flexible work: You can go to the office and leave the office at any time. You can work at your own pace and time.
Open-minded employees: It is a relief to step into the office and find people with whom you can share any crazy idea.
Cons: Profit and impact driven - the focus is more on domain knowledge than on programming skills and coding standards. Good code is seldom appreciated.
Too much QA work - since there is no dedicated test role, developers who write production code spend more time in testing than in development.
Less inclined to open-source technologies and primarily focused on MS tech - this is slowly changing now, but there is a lot to improve.
