Process

The first one or two interviews are screening interviews. Following these, candidates typically undergo four one-hour interviews. The final interview is conducted by the hiring manager or a very experienced individual. If all preceding interviews went well, the main objective in the final interview is simply to 'not do badly'. Generally, the first two to three interviews set the tone for whether you are performing well.

Questions asked were not overly complicated, but interviewers were experienced enough to judge your work and quality quite quickly. Be genuine and make sense.
