The hiring process started with a 45-60 minute phone screen. This screen focused on my background, OOPs, and C++ coding and design fundamentals.
Two days after my phone screen, I was offered an invitation to visit Fargo for an in-person interview. Ten days later, I was flying for an all-paid trip to Fargo.
