Pros: Fair amount of bright people. Updated on some company events. Friendly place to work. Company events are great to boost morale. You get your own space (for those who like it). Lots of products and services to work on. Good as an entry place, although I don't have enough experience with senior-level experience. Stable company!

Cons: People are generally friendly but might not go out of their way to get to know you. It doesn't have the entrepreneurial feel in some groups. Some groups are not as tightly knit with each other, so you don't have the team feel. You don't necessarily get the sense of contribution to the overall product when the team isn't one of the best products.

Pros: A lot of resources and projects.

Cons: Politics, a lot of resources and projects.

Pros: Awesome benefits, great atmosphere to excel, the chance to work on some exciting projects, and working with highly talented individuals is what makes Microsoft one of the best places to work. Also, to stress on the benefits, no other company can top MS on the benefits they provide for employees. * The SW discount on MS products * Prime card for restaurant reservations * Free bus pass * Free drinks and awesome food in the cafeteria The management are cool and never too demanding or stressful, and they help you with everything related to work and unrelated to work!

Cons: A lot of experienced people are already working, and hence career growth may not be as fast in some other smaller companies.
