The first interview went quite well. The second round of interviews was within reason, except for one interviewer. He was so socially awkward and sometimes refused to even answer my questions, making it quite hard to get any clarification from him.

Cons: It's a bureaucratic organization where it is hard to innovate. In many cases, bad management decisions result in poor products being released that don't necessarily provide the user with any benefit.
