This was through IJP from within MS itself, as an MS employee.
Really bad interview process at MS. The GD (Group Discussion) was frustrating. I had to push HR to set up my interview as if I were the HR myself.
Then, there were only two rounds throughout the entire day, from 10 AM to 6 PM. I was asked to leave without any feedback.
Again, I had to chase HR for a status update. Finally, after 10 days, I was called for a Hiring Manager round, which lasted for two hours. Instead of managerial questions, the HM round devolved into technical topics.
As usual, I was asked to leave for the day, and there was no update for a month, even after chasing HR extensively.
