Capable management and an excellent financial and competitive position keeps the company solid.
Cons: Low-level management communication and leadership ability can vary a lot from team to team.
The company can be erratic about the investments it makes. Projects or teams can be acquired or developed and then cancelled with limited concern for the investment or the people involved.
It can seem big and impersonal at times.
