It was a tedious interview. The questions were from Careercup, but it was not my day; I could not perform as expected. The people were cool, but I myself messed up the interviews.

Just go through Careercup and complete all the questions. If you have done all that, you will easily sail through :)

Pros: Good benefits, good atmosphere, and campus. Good infrastructure. A status symbol working at Microsoft. Can talk to senior management without any restriction. You get your own private office.

Cons: Less compensation as compared to others. Very difficult to penetrate the existing crowd. A kinda political atmosphere to work in it.
