Process
I had an initial 30-minute phone screen. After that, two 1-hour phone interviews followed. Subsequently, I was asked to fly to Seattle.
I had an interview day at Building 111. The day started with an initial briefing on what to expect, followed by breakfast. After that, interviewers arrived and met with me.
The first interview was with a software architect, and the second was with an ST3, both from Microsoft Business Solutions.
Questions
I was asked not to disclose the questions, so I can't.
However, it was along the lines of reimplementing a given code. The original code outputted a numerical series, and the task was to make my code output the same series.
