Pros: In Microsoft, one can always get to use the most up-to-date techniques, which is great for gaining useful experiences and building up a resume. As a matter of fact, one could use all Microsoft products for free, and therefore gain experiences without having to buy them.
The company also offers a good benefit plan and good administrative aids.
* Free coke, pool, and foosball
* Free Xbox games
(But no free Age of Empires...)
Cons: Despite the great company value and culture, inexperienced management could result in bad practices, which make everyone suffer. People get less freedom to do different jobs they would like to try.

Pros: Absolutely nothing to mention whatsoever, except maybe the 401k match at 50%.
Cons: Toxic culture, dishonest leadership, and constant backstabbing. Management makes even the simplest tasks a battle. Easily the worst company I’ve ever worked for.
