Pros: The developers, including the testers who worked here, are rich in experience in system-level programming. They can debug code at any level, whether system or application. The work conditions are good, too. Free soda and coffee every day. Lots of food you can try in different dining halls. The workload is just right. You can balance your life and work.
Cons: Personal growth is slow, relatively, when compared with smaller companies. There are lots of re-organizations, and sometimes it's quite difficult for a person to grow into an expert in one domain. You have to change direction because the groups change. The salary is not that attractive.

Pros: Great employee benefits, challenging work, and a good location to work.
Growing company, lots of users, high impact work. I love my coworkers. It's a product that is changing the world.
Cons: Difficult to get in. Should consider people with good experience who have worked earlier. Not an easy job. Changes impact millions of users, which can sometimes be very stressful.
