I attended an event at my university, handed in my CV, and two days later received an email inviting me to an interview.
The interview was mainly technical. The first 15 minutes involved discussing a project I had done. This was followed by a 30-minute technical question session, and the last 15 minutes were dedicated to behavioral questions (e.g., "Why Microsoft?", "Why SDE?").
