Process

It was a nice experience. I had to go through five rounds.

First was a coding round.

Second was a group fly round.

The rest were F2F interviews.

I reached the last round but was not selected in the end.

Questions

An array contains only one or two-digit numbers. I need to sort them such that the number formed using the array is maximum. For example: [14, 8, 7] should become [8, 7, 14], as 8714 is the largest number that can be formed.

Pros: The people were awesome. The salary was good. Vacation and benefits were good too. The work was fun. Through the review process, feedback from coworkers and management helped me improve.

Cons: Being a small module of a huge company can be tough. Lots of irrelevant emails, stuff that only applies to US employees, and all the hype around reconfiguration that doesn't really end up affecting us. Security and distance get in the way of communication and information sharing to do better, faster work.
