Process
I dropped my resume at the school career fair.
They had some engineers on campus to interview students.
A week later, I received an email for an on-campus interview. This consisted of two rounds, with two interviews in the second round.
After that, they flew me to Seattle for the on-site interviews. I had two on-site interviews with two different teams. The interviewers were the hiring managers, so they were able to provide hiring decisions on the same day.
After the interviews, we were taken for a campus tour and lunch, and then they informed us of the results.

Most expect long hours at the office, and the few managers who are known to be supportive of career and personal development are difficult to join because of the competition for spots on their team.
