There were also questions about complexity and explaining recursion.

Explain recursion to an 8-year-old.

You have 9 balls, and one of them weighs more than the rest. You also have a scale, and your goal is to find the heavy ball using the scale. You can only use the scale twice.

Cons: The lesser middle management will make things more transparent between employees and the leadership team. Salaries and benefits are not equal among employees at the same level.
