Software Development Engineer (SDE) II Interview Experience - Bengaluru, Karnataka

February 1, 2016
Neutral ExperienceNo Offer

Process

There are four technical rounds, where they ask nothing other than code. There's no introduction or profile discussion; they simply start with coding problems.

First, a design problem is given, for which you need to write code as well.

The worst part is they only ask one question, offering no second chance.

Even if you take time to answer but your answer is correct, they may still reject you.

It's strange how they assess candidates on programming skills with just one question.

Questions

In a char array of infinite characters, how will you find the shortest region that contains all the elements present in that array?

Also, provide the time complexity and write the source code.

Write a program for Base64 encoding using C code.
