Software Development Engineer Interview Experience - Seattle, Washington

Process

The company came on campus for the hiring process, and on-campus interviews were performed soon after.

Feedback on the initial interview came after three weeks, which is a very long time. After those three weeks, there was another delay of three weeks to schedule an on-campus interview.

I wasn't told of the group I would be hired into and didn't really seem to have a choice.

The on-site interview was with four people. Most interview problems were standard coding questions; a couple were wildly different from normal programming problems, which kind of threw me.
