Some weird tricks.
For example, when I finished writing up my proposed solution, the interviewer drew a line on the board and asked me if I was confident enough in my solution to sign my name to it. Very bizarre test of overconfidence.
I did not sign my name but don't appreciate those types of mind games in an interview.

Pros: - 6 months hotel accommodation.
- Awesome mentor.
- Good projects, learn various technologies.
- Hyderabad office is awesome, with all indoor as well as outdoor games.
Cons: Lunch variety was not much.
Lot of teams have to depend on USA counterparts to get funding.
Most of the good work happens in the USA.
Not as such any cons. It's an awesome place to work.

Pros: Good salary and perks, with matched pension contributions and even annual flu vaccinations.
Cons: Management promoted on technical skills rather than leadership skills.
Stack ranking (now abolished) was very negative for offices outside Redmond.

Pros: Most people work 8-5, so they understand life commitments. Business software isn't going away, which makes the job feel more stable (despite the recent layoffs). Great salary, especially considering the region (your income will likely be in the top 15% for the state of ND as a software engineer).
Cons: Dynamics seems to be having an engineering culture crisis, with lots of engineers stuck in their ways, cutting corners at the cost of long-term quality to meet deadlines. Most of what you'll end up doing here are CRUD operations. Don't expect multi-tenancy to be front-and-center in the cloud strategy. User experience gets uneven attention across products and even features within products.
