I sent in my resume and received a phone call that was very high-level, asking basic questions such as whether I was allowed to work in the US.
Then, I was sent information to set up a technical Lync interview with the project lead.
This interview was enjoyable and fairly relaxed. You can type code in any language you prefer. I believe they like to see your thought process, and they will assist you if you talk through it and ask questions.
