The interview was a one-on-one session. The interviewer asked some questions to check if I was suitable for an SDE tester role first. However, I am not interested in being a tester; I want to be a developer or a project manager. I pointed that out and then focused on showing I am good at developing.

The present work situation is not very demanding (your mileage may vary).

It's very, very hard to even talk to my coworkers. I never see them face to face and communicate almost entirely through product studio, IM, and email.

Lots of different challenges to excite you.
Excellent Pay
Cons: Politics is the biggest problem. Doing good work is rewarded less than making connections. There is too much hierarchy in management to prevent you from being visible.
