Process
After I applied online for a couple of positions, a recruiter contacted me and asked whether I was interested in a different position, one that I had not applied for. After I responded yes, the recruiter arranged a phone interview.
At the appointed time, I called the number provided by the recruiter and connected to the company's conference call system. The interviewer seemed to be a development lead or similar.
He asked me questions about my previous experience and went into detail about one of my projects. Then, he gave me a programming problem to solve.
