Applied through the campus job fair and heard back in about 2 months for an on-campus interview.

The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes but ran about 20 minutes overtime.

It was described as a mix between behavioral and technical questions, though the interviewer primarily asked about projects on my resume and one technical question.

The interviewer was friendly and approachable.

Pros: There was a very good culture at Microsoft, and the benefits and perks were quite nice. I worked as an intern, and there were lots of events and activities.

Cons: There's not much inter-team communication. Redmond is a bit boring and a distance from Seattle, with the last bus leaving at 10 p.m. and the last bus back to Redmond at midnight.

Pros: There was a very good culture at Microsoft, and the benefits and perks were quite nice. I worked as an intern, and there were lots of events and activities.

Cons: There's not much inter-team communication. Redmond is a bit boring and a distance from Seattle, with the last bus leaving at 10 p.m. and the last bus back to Redmond at midnight.
