I gave my resume to recruiters on campus. After two weeks, I heard back from them, and they scheduled an on-campus (university) interview.
After that, I went to Redmond and had four on-site interviews in one day.

Pros: Good pay, good work-life balance, nice benefits. I love this area as well.
Cons: The old review system was not my favorite. I don't know what will happen this year after they get rid of it.

Pros: It's a good company to improve your engineering skills. You would be surrounded by very smart people, and that only adds to your learning experience.
