I went to the Microsoft booth at my university's career fair. I gave them my resume and was contacted by email about a week later.
You do not need to dress up for the interview, as they focus more on what you have to say. The interviewer was dressed casually.
He asked me behavioral questions and requested detailed explanations of items on my resume. He then proceeded to technical questions.
