A recruiter reached out regarding a hiring event in Atlanta.
The first step was an online assessment on Codility, featuring four coding questions. These questions were fairly easy, as I was able to complete them in 30 minutes, while the time limit was 70 minutes.
Next, I was invited to a virtual onsite event (scheduled for four days later). This event included four back-to-back, 45-minute technical interviews. Each interview involved 15-20 minutes discussing myself, the role, and one behavioral question.
The interview questions were LeetCode medium level, on the easier side. I was able to complete all the questions.
The interviewers looked for the completion of the task and bug-free code, with some focus on developing the most optimized solution if the approach could be identified.
This was the last step of the process. I received the offer five days later.
