Pros: Mentors are quite friendly and patient. Most of them are quite strong at research in their own domains.
They give awesome guidance to interns to start their own research projects.
Cons: Cannot Bring Your Own Device (BYOD).
You have to use Windows and its ecosystem, which can be quite frustrating if you are more comfortable with Linux.
