Asked to write Java code for a Restaurant Table Booking system. It should be executable with a few unit tests.

a. Design an LFU Cache. (Made a couple of small mistakes, but with a few hints, managed to finish this.)

b. Write code for a Rate Limiter. (Couldn't write much code due to time constraints and my limited understanding of the topic.)
