Pros: Infra is amazing. Work items are nice.

Cons: Management is more inclined towards cutting down costs. Layoffs are pretty common and it has become worse than a third-class company. They will fire you with stupid reasons just to save severance and bonus. The review system is poor, which is just good on paper. Leadership like Jenny, John, and Andrew are literal capitalists with no focus on employees. It seems the ideology is drawn from Satya himself. It's a dream company, but will soon become a nightmare when you get the news that they can't retain you. HR simply behaves like a villain and has no interest in you. They just come as punishers. Don't go by the fancy reviews, as no one knows when someone would get fired.

Pros: Worked on most cutting-edge tech.

Cons: Work-life balance, workload.

Pros: Compensation as per market standard.

Cons: The HR department is very slow.
