I was contacted by a recruiter to schedule an interview just days after applying.
The interview was conducted on campus and lasted 30 minutes. The recruiter planned for a 5-minute introduction, 2 programming problems (10 minutes each), and 5 minutes of questions, which seems almost impossible compared to the industry standard of 45 minutes for introductions/questions and 2 problems (5 + 20 + 20). The interview questions were reasonable but too difficult considering the timing.
