Process

A recruiter made this process as terrible as possible. I didn't expect such an attitude and have never seen such unprofessional behavior.

  1. Lack of communication: Normally, our communication looked like this:
  • I write an email.
  • They ignore me; I don't get a response.
  • In 3-4 days, I write again, and only then they answer.

Every time, I felt very uncomfortable, as it seemed only I was interested in working there.

  1. The offer was shameful. It was more than twice lower than my current salary. Before the process started, I shared my current salary and expectations. Finally, I received a very low offer, which is obviously not acceptable. Once I expressed my concern, they asked again about my current salary. So, they were not aware of it because they simply didn't pay attention to the numbers I shared at the very beginning. If they had done this, both sides would not have wasted so much time on a process that didn't make any sense.
