They accessed me on LinkedIn, then arranged an on-campus interview. However, something happened to the interviewer, so it was rearranged to a phone interview. Finally, I had the phone interview. It seemed like an HR interview; there were no technical questions. They just said 'yes' to whatever I said, as if no one cared about what I was talking about. I felt weird about this.
